Bass guitar and drums is the core of any pop-group. Professional musicians say that a drummer and a bass guitarist shall spend more time together, like a husband and wife.

It is very difficult to find a good drummer, because not everybody can keep the rhythm. To play drums, you need not just a good feeling of rhythm, but also physical strength. Our group has a good chance, because it is all about Jānis Kuršs, or Kursis, as we call him.

He graduated from a music-school as violinist in 1998, while playing in our group. Janis acknowledged that he likes drums more than violin.

Distinction: unequalled mimics, gestures and sense of humour.

Musical experience: used to sing in chorus “Ikšķile”.

Hobby: basket-ball.

Kursis likes: girls.

Kursis does not like: drugs, nail-gnawing and cats.

Favourite food: fruit jelly, caramel ice-cream.
